On 1st of December members of QMCAS and other students participated in panel discussion with representatives of a renowned city law firm Ince & Co., organised by the Commercial Awareness Society and Queen Mary University's Careers Service. The discussion concerned the meaning of commercial awareness, how to demonstrate it, and apply this skill in the most efficient way while working on various applications. Participants were able to listen to experienced lawyers from different practice areas and ask questions. The event ended with informal 'drinks & snacks' at Laws Reception, during which volunteers could dispel all their doubts and ask further questions for which there was no time during the presentation.
